How FleetRecruit came to be...
We are a team that has worked in the transportation industry. We know carriers, we know drivers. We know this industry and the many constraints that both deal with today. Driver recruitment and retention top the list of concerns for carriers, while wages and benefits top the list for drivers. Our goal is to find the middle ground so that both carriers and drivers can move forward together sustainably.
FleetRecruit Canada was founded with the idea that this process does not have to be so out of control for the carriers. Long term employment should benefit both the carrier and the driver, and we saw the need to fill the gaps.
The industry needed a driver recruiter that understands the burden of running a business in Canada and how difficult it can be for carriers in 2021, as well as the unique challenges of being a driver.
